Dr. Clinton Longenecker, Unity Breakfast longstanding moderator and an award-winning educator, is one of “America’s leaders in creating high performance leaders and organizations” and is a Distinguished University Professor and the Director of The Center for Leadership and Organizational Excellence in The College of Business and Innovation at The University of Toledo. His teaching, research and consulting interests are in high performance leadership and creating great organizations. He has been the recipient of over sixty outstanding teaching, service and research awards and numerous industry awards including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Toastmasters International Leadership Award, and The Jefferson Award for Outstanding Public Service, and numerous “Best Professor” recognitions.


Jason Candle has been a part of the University of Toledo football program since 2009, first as an assistant coach and then as head coach. Candle assumed the Rockets’ head coaching role in December of 2015. He was a wide receiver for Mount Union as well as Geneva College. During his time at Mount Union, Jason won back to back NCAA D3 Championships.


Mike Jinks has been Bowling Green State University's Head Coach since December of 2015. Previously, he was an assistant coach for Texas Tech. Jinks was the quarterback for NCAA D2 Angelo State University. Additionally, he lead Steele High School (Cibolo, TX) to win the 2010 Class 5A Texas State Championship.
